Terms of Service

Sevoyne (the “Service”, available at sevoyne.com) is operated by CORJZEN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (“Sevoyne”, “we”, “us”). The Service lets you generate direct-to-consumer video advertisements — VSL, UGC, animation, and music-video styles — using generative AI, billed through prepaid credits.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” means that company.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity in your account and workspaces. Notify us immediately at support@sevoyne.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Work in Sevoyne is organized into workspaces. Credits, projects, and billing belong to a workspace, and every member of a workspace can use its credits. Adding someone to your workspace is your decision and your responsibility.

• The Service is billed in prepaid credits sold in packs. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Your card details go to the payment processor, not to us.
• When you start a generation, its quoted credit cost is reserved from your workspace balance. If the generation completes, the reserve is settled; if it fails, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance.
• Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service. They are not money, earn no interest, are non-transferable between workspaces or accounts, and — except where the law of your country requires otherwise — are not redeemable for cash.
• Per-generation credit costs depend on ad type and clip length and are always quoted before you confirm a generation. We may change pack prices and per-generation costs prospectively; changes never affect credits already spent.

To generate ads you provide inputs: scripts, reference images, product images, brand assets, and instructions (“Inputs”). You keep all rights you have in your Inputs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your Inputs to our AI providers solely to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to every Input you upload;
• where an Input shows a real, identifiable person (including yourself), you have that person’s written consent to use their likeness in AI-generated advertising;
• competitor advertisements you reference are used for inspiration and market context only — you will not use the Service to copy another advertiser’s protected creative, trademarks, or trade dress;
• your Inputs do not violate any law or third-party right, including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights.

Subject to these Terms and full payment of the applicable credits, we assign to you all right, title, and interest we may hold in the video and image content the Service generates for you (“Outputs”). You may use Outputs commercially, including in paid advertising.

Because Outputs are produced by generative AI, you acknowledge:

• similar prompts can produce similar outputs for other customers, and we cannot guarantee Outputs are unique;
• the extent to which AI-generated content can be protected by copyright varies by jurisdiction, and we make no promise that Outputs are registrable or enforceable as your intellectual property;
• AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every Output before publishing it — including factual claims, on-screen text, pricing, and compliance with advertising law and the policies of the platform where you run the ad.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute:

• content that impersonates a real person or depicts a real, identifiable person without their written consent (no non-consensual “deepfakes”);
• false, deceptive, or misleading advertising, including fake testimonials presented as real customer experiences and unfounded health, earnings, or product claims;
• content that infringes intellectual-property rights, or that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit, or that promotes illegal products or activities;
• content targeting or exploiting minors.

You also agree not to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, resell it without our written agreement, or attempt to extract our software, prompts, or the models behind it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section and may remove content that we reasonably believe violates it.

Generations are produced with third-party AI infrastructure and models (currently including the Kie AI platform and video/language models made available through it, such as ByteDance Seedance and Anthropic Claude). Your Inputs are processed by these providers to produce your Outputs, as described in our Privacy Policy. Model behavior, availability, and quality can change as providers update their systems.

If you believe content generated or hosted through the Service infringes your rights, email support@sevoyne.com with (a) the material you believe is infringing, (b) proof of your rights, and (c) your contact details. We review complaints promptly and remove or disable content where appropriate.

The Service is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Generation is asynchronous and can fail — in which case reserved credits are returned as described in Section 3. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service’s core functionality.

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, UNIQUE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR ADVERTISING GOALS, OR THAT ANY AD WILL PERFORM.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Philippine consumer-protection law.

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs in advertising (including claims about ad content, likeness rights, and regulatory compliance), or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support@sevoyne.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited except where applicable law requires a refund, and Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of proper jurisdiction in the Philippines have exclusive venue over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
