Sevoyne (sevoyne.com) is operated by CORJZEN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (“we”, “us”), the personal-information controller for the Service under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, where it applies, other data-protection laws such as the GDPR. Questions and requests: support@sevoyne.com.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of contract (most processing), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and legal obligation (financial records). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.
Generating an ad requires sending your inputs to third-party AI providers: your script and instructions are processed by a large language model (Anthropic Claude, accessed via the Kie AI platform) to write the storyboard, and your reference/product images and prompts are processed by image and video models (for example ByteDance Seedance, via Kie) to render the scenes. These providers process your content to produce your outputs and per their own terms. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share this way — in particular images of people without their consent.
We share only what each provider needs to perform its function. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sevoyne, our users, or the public.
Our providers operate globally: your data is stored primarily in Australia (Supabase, ap-southeast-2) and processed in other countries, including the United States, by our hosting, payment, and AI providers. Where required, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual safeguards.
We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookies (set by Supabase Auth) that keep you signed in. We currently use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
We keep your data while your account is active. Content you delete is removed from the live Service promptly and from backups on their rotation schedule. Credit-ledger and transaction records are kept as long as accounting and tax law require, even after account closure. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at support@sevoyne.com.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to workspace data is enforced with row-level security in the database, so members of one workspace cannot read another’s data. Payment card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required by law.
Under the Data Privacy Act (and similar laws where they apply), you have the right to be informed, to access and correct your data, to object to processing, to request erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to damages for violations. To exercise any of these, email support@sevoyne.com — we respond within the timelines the law requires. You may also lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) or your local supervisory authority.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at support@sevoyne.com and we will delete it.
We will update this policy as the Service evolves (for example, when billing goes live or providers change) and revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice.
